All prices net, plus VAT where applicable. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; yearly plans are billed once for 12 months — the monthly figure is the equivalent per month.
What is a credit?
A credit is the only pricing unit. What a document costs is fixed at intake — depending on the kind of content:

Intake always costs — whether a template or the AI processes the document. If processing fails for good, the credits are refunded.
Reprocessing costs only when the AI actually runs: templates always run for free, even after changes; without changed fields the AI path is free as well (result from the cache). The cost is shown before the run starts. Downloads, the table view and API access never cost credits.

Questions about pricing and credits
What is a page or a credit?
Every page of a PDF costs one credit, an image one credit, email text one credit per started 3,000 words — charged at intake, regardless of how many fields are extracted. A two-page PDF = two credits. Downloads and the API cost nothing extra.
Do credits expire?
Yes. The free plan renews with the calendar month, paid plans with the billing period. Unused credits expire; on the yearly plan the full twelve-month quota is available from day one.
What happens when the quota is used up?
Nothing happens silently: the counter in the sidebar shows where you stand, an upload beyond the limit is rejected with a clear message, and existing results stay available. An upgrade takes effect immediately.
Where are my documents processed and stored?
Hosted in Germany; AI processing runs in EU regions. How long documents are kept is your setting per inbox — up to your plan's cap, including “delete right after export”.
