All prices net, plus VAT where applicable. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; yearly plans are billed once for 12 months — the monthly figure is the equivalent per month.

Questions about pricing and credits

What is a page or a credit?

Every page of an uploaded PDF costs one credit — at upload, regardless of how many fields are extracted. A two-page document = two credits. Downloads and the API cost nothing extra.

Do credits expire?

Yes. The free plan renews with the calendar month, paid plans with the billing period. Unused credits expire; on the yearly plan the full twelve-month quota is available from day one.

What happens when the quota is used up?

Nothing happens silently: the counter in the sidebar shows where you stand, an upload beyond the limit is rejected with a clear message, and existing results stay available. An upgrade takes effect immediately.

Where are my documents processed and stored?

Hosted in Germany; AI processing runs in EU regions. How long documents are kept is your setting per extractor — up to your plan's cap, including “delete right after export”.
